During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the friendly and helpful receptionist, Melissa. She made the check-in and check-out process smooth and even helped us plan our exploration of the area. Another great aspect was the private parking provided by the hotel, which was very convenient since we had a lot of things in our car. Additionally, the price we paid for the stay was incredibly affordable, giving us the feeling of staying in a nice hotel for the cost of a hostel.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. Secondly, the communication with the reception could have been better, as they didn't provide clear directions to the hotel.

The value for the money we paid at Hotel & Residence Roma was excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave. The location of the hotel in a nice village was perfect for us. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Melissa who made us feel welcomed and at home.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by providing complimentary and unlimited wifi in the rooms, as it was necessary for our business needs.
